The location of the Comfort Inn Tokyo Roppongi is excellent - only 5 minutes walk from the Roppongi Station. We did not book the hotel breakfast. Rooms are small as expected - this is Tokyo after all. While the staff were friendly, we had one encounter that left us dissatisfied with the hotel policy. Our luggage had broken and we went to Donki to purchase a new one. We had asked the front desk if they could help us dispose of the broken luggage and the staff said they will not - not even for a fee. The next morning, I asked another front desk staff and she said they would do it for a fee of JPY3,000. Why the difference in application of a policy, I don't understand. In the end, we brought the broken luggage to Donki and explained to them and they helped us dispose of it.

Nice concierge, have tried their best to answer enquiries in English or Chinese by translation machine. The location is good if you choose to stay in Roppongi.

Location is great, approx. 400 m from Roppongi metro station. Lots of eateries in this neighborhood within walking distance. Room is great, as we have twin and the size of a similar room is large compared to a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Free coffee and tea served all day. Shower is powerful. Breakfast is ok for western, and Thai breakfast is served.

This is the perfect place to reside during our family trip in Tokyo in Dec 2024. No matter the colleagues, facilities, the room, it's all just perfect but only 1 thing to improve - the number of washing machines :-)
