All the thing is good but got some wired vibes. The room is dark only yellow lights and got smoking smell. The whole building is old except the lobby.

Nice clean hotel between Haneda airport and Tokyo city. The taxi charged 2900 yen to get us here. Modern hotel except the bathroom. It's made for short people. Breakfast was very good but is an additional 1200 yen per person. Rooms are spacious considering it's Tokyo Japan. Tv has only a few japanese news channels. Check out is quite early. 10 a.m. Every additional hour costs roughly 9 USD.

The room was average, with a strong smell of cigarettes. The bed was placed in a strange way, with the head facing the end of the toilet and a mirror. I couldn't describe the feeling. My daughter didn't dare to live alone. The carpet was dirty. There was a TV on the spacious desk (dressing table). The room was dark during the day and there was no light. The air conditioner was surprisingly cold. In short, the experience was not good and I would not choose this hotel next time.

Kamata Station is where I used to work and I visited it after 20 years. Although there have been a lot of changes, there are some nice buildings that are still the same, so I was filled with memories. I chose Chisun Hotel because it was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced, and it was only about 4 stops away from Shinagawa, so getting around wasn't bad either. The air conditioner was making noise, so I asked for a room change, and they fixed it and gave me a breakfast voucher. Breakfast was clean and delicious. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay.

The front desk and the room were clean and it was perfect for a simple stay! You can take only the amount of amenities you need from the front desk. There was no mold on the shower curtain, which is a common issue, and I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel room is relatively large and clean. The soundproofing is a little bit bad, but it's not a big deal. I forgot to put up the cleaning sign when I went out the next day, but the room service still hung a new towel on the door handle.

The facilities, service, and breakfast were great. It would have been better if the amenities included lotion and milky lotion. The room was a reasonable size and easy to navigate.

The attitude of the front desk staff is average. There is a self-service washing machine underground. It is best to bring your own comb and toothbrush.

Vista Kamata Hotel changed to Chisun Hotel 3 years ago.. There is no change in facilities or staff service. They are still friendly. However, I was disappointed because the breakfast menu was greatly reduced.

In an email from eTrip, they said, "There is no front desk, so please contact the hotel in advance," so I called, but the staff was waiting at the front desk, so it wasn't necessary. It was raining on the day, so I was given directions over the phone, so in the end it was a good thing I called. I think this part of the email was unnecessary.

This was my first time staying in Kamata, and I stayed for three nights in a row. It was very convenient for getting to the city center and Yokohama, and it was also close to the airport. It's about a 5-minute walk from JR Kamata Station. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets in the neighborhood, as well as many restaurants where you can drink from noon, and there are also many good long-established restaurants, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. This time I stayed in a twin room, but the room was spacious and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub was also large. The drainage is a little slow, so if you use the shower at full blast, some water tends to accumulate, but it wasn't that much of a problem. There are no outlets around the bed, so if you need one, I recommend bringing an extension cord (there are plenty of outlets in the room!) The cost performance was very good, so I will use it again.

There is no water in the room. There is a vending machine on the second floor. The location is at least close to the subway station.

Kamata Station has a lot to eat and travel, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful
