The hotel is located very well. There are 2 metro stations, a lot of restaurants, Sensoji temple, Sky tri, amusement park, don Quixote shop.
There was no wardrobe in my room. No elevator.
You can ask an iron on reception.

Staff was really friendly and cleanliness of the hotel was superb!
Location was really good with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also really near to the metro station. However, there is no elevator in the hotel but the hotel only has three storeys so was still overall manageable to move the luggage up and down for check in and check out.

Check in to hotel was at 4pm and check out at 10am(next day). Most international hotel checkout policy is at 12noon.

The hotel rooms in Tokyo are really small. A 28-inch suitcase can't be opened. It's convenient to travel. Rox shopping district, Don Quixote, Family Mart, and Sensoji are all nearby. It's very convenient to shop. However, there is no elevator in the hotel. You need to carry the suitcase up and down the stairs. There is no additional charge for bringing children, which is very friendly for family travel.

Clean and sanitary, English communication, McDonald's Don Quixote and a bunch of izakaya and yakitori restaurants downstairs. I don't know if it's because we went there on New Year's Day. The room is close to the street and a little noisy at night, but it's acceptable.
