Dirty toilet, dirty sink, dirty floor (chewing gum on the floor), towels with brown stains. A door that rang a super annoying alarm (if someone didn't know how to open it, it would ring). This happened at 11pm and 6am). It was next to the train station and you could hear the train. Noisy and dirty guests. Horrible bed. It's not worth being economical if you stay at this place. I paid $15 more somewhere else and got what Japanese culture really does best: cleanliness, tranquility, organization and respect for the rules and not having guests talking loudly.

The place is close to train station, supermarket. It has many toilet rooms. Shower is great. The walls are not cleaned thoroughly . I will recommend, but it is not excellent.

The bed creaks, the bed is not cleaned properly, the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the voices of the neighbors, and someone takes a shower in the middle of the night, which is very noisy. The price is not cheap, so I don't recommend it.

There were a lot of cheap restaurants and lunch boxes nearby this hotel, so there was a lot to eat.
Also, the hotel had good amenities. Many items, including toothbrushes and towels, are free.
A big advantage was that you could use the washing machine and dryer for free during limited hours in the morning and afternoon.
However, you have to walk about 1.4km to Keikyu Kawasaki Station (京急川崎駅), where there are many things to see.
And it was a bit uncomfortable to see a man walking down the living room hallway with his shirt off.
It's not the host's fault, but I think it's important to regulate it well so that women can use it well!
As of December 16, 2023, I paid about 40,000 won (KRW), but it is too noisy to go to a net cafe, and if you are looking for a quiet place for a similar price, I think this place is suitable!
