As other people have commented, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the JR station. The hotel is a little older than other hotels.

The service is average. You can't store your luggage for more than one day. Check out is late. 1000 yen is charged for one hour. The location is far from Akabane Station. It's quite deserted. It's not recommended for travel accommodation.
