Perhaps because it was a club lounge, we were able to check out at 1:00 PM. 🧖NAGOMI's sauna is too cold, so I don't recommend it after swimming. The meal was enjoyable and I enjoyed the flavors of all the restaurants. Everything was delicious. The cocktail service drinks were also delicious. They kept my luggage with me until 3:00 pm, so I was able to play comfortably. The accommodation area is small and I like the calm atmosphere. The staff were also smiling, humble and wonderful.

The room size is OK. The hotel has an escalator that goes directly to Roppongi Mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

The location is excellent. The waiters in the hotel lobby are very friendly. Check-in is barrier-free. If the sky is clear, you can see Mount Fuji directly from the room window. You can see it clearly even from a long distance.

Overall very comfortable. The elegance of an old hotel is still there, the location is good, you have everything you need to go out, and there are many places to eat around. The only problem was that the room we were assigned to was upstairs which seemed a bit noisy from heavy objects being moved every morning.

Located in the middle of Roppongi, it is a great location for traveling. The accommodation is somewhat narrow and feels stuffy.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo is my must-stay hotel every time I go to Tokyo! The location is excellent, in Roppongi, next to the large Isetan shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping! The hotel room is large in size, clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable👍🏻Not to mention the service

The service is first-class and the quality of the hotel is high. If you ask to be transferred to a higher building, we will try our best to arrange it. As a result, we were transferred from 3/F to 9/F, and we could barely see the Tokyo Tower 😂😂😂😂

The view from the window of the room is very good, the room is tidy and clean, there are restaurants and gardens on the sixth floor. It is very convenient to eat and shop around. There are drugstores within 3 minutes' walk. GUCCI, LV, Tiffany, ZARA... are all tax-free. Unlike shopping malls where you have to go to other floors for tax refund, you can walk into WEST from inside the hotel WALK shopping center. The elevator in the hotel is available at any time, no need to wait, and check-in and check-out are also very fast. If you want to eat Japanese-style ramen and soba noodles, there are several restaurants in B2 of HOLLYWOOD BEAUTY PLAZA next door, and they are all very popular. The hotel has several buses to the airport every day, and the price is very cheap.

Super satisfied, the only floor arranged is too low. Hope to come again next time I have the opportunity. Very close to Roppongi Hills, there is a Doraemon exhibition nearby, which is great
