it's a nice hotel but it looks smaller than picture. for families, i recommend to book connecting room instead.

The staff was great and very friendly. The location is quite convenient. It takes around 30 minutes to get to Shibuya and Akihabara Electro Town is in walkable reach. There are convenient stores and subway stations nearby. Otherwise, there is not much else though.
The room was clean and although small, enough for us two person. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like mold and you needed to have the fan on to get rid of the smell. Also the walls seemed thin, since we could hear other rooms at sleep time.
But all in all, the hotel was good enough for a short visit of Tokyo.

The hotel was close to subway stations. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. The service was great. The breakfast was simple but good. Its area could be used for working.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Located on a quiet street between 3 subway lines, very comfortable for getting around. Also, Akihabara is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat and drink a coffee around (the closest and quite good coffee is Tully's).
The room itself is small, if not cramped, but there's a hack: cabin-size luggage easily fits under the bed, which makes it a bit easier to walk around the room.
The cleanliness wasn't perfect, we found someone's hairs in the bathroom and the drain was clogged.
Overall a nice hotel, but not a good value for money. Tokyo is expensive as hell, but one expects better quality for 120 USD per night.

We stayed in the Double Room and it was more spacious than most Tokyo hotels. It was a comfortable stay with a washing machine for guest use. It was near the Awajicho station, but do note that the stairs are steep so be careful when carrying luggage.
