Have shopping arcade downstairs , convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a hotel in Japan. Everything was spotless — cleanliness is clearly a top priority here.
The location is super strategic: it’s just a short walk from the station, making it incredibly easy to get around. There’s a convenience store nearby for anything you might need, and a cozy café right downstairs — perfect for a quick breakfast or evening coffee.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in the city!

Had a good stay. Convenient location. Recommended for travelers in terms of connectivity around Tokyo and to and fro airport. Will definitely stay here for my next trip. Good food options too. Just that it closes by 9pm. But there’s Lawson at the entrance of the hotel anyways which is open 24hrs.

Was There for My Daughter have to god Exem in University Near By .Very convenient near JR station Under have a big supermarket. 7/11 Lawson & Family Mart all in 100 meter from hotel.Simple Abf as a Normal Business Hotel in Japan.Nothing Special. Room in big as JAPAN standard but Clean.But What i do not Like about this hotel is we can adjust Temperature of Aircon.
Since it still winter time.But in room is a very Hot from heater and you can open the window.So i can not sleep.Untel 24.00 PM then I open the door of my room an sleep for that night
Also the 2 night I do open the door an I can sleep.Since in japan is safe i can open the door an got sleep.Better then Died in the night with very hot Heat.The bed sheet was a bit dirty in the first Night Also.wifi is weak in the room.Hotel have. nice view of a canal.Or an thay have a very cold beer in the morning.

This is one of the best location hotels we have stayed in Tokyo! Despite lack of late night restaurants, Lawson is just next door. Or else you can walk 10 mins to the next JR Yamanote line stop for variety of late night restaurant.
The room and facility is quite nice for such price tag.
The only drawback is that the aircon is a bit confusing to operate

The hotel is just a short walking distance from the Osaki Station. There is a neighboring mall complete with a supermarket and many food outlets. From Osaki Station, you can get to many popular places in Tokyo city and the suburbs.

The smell in the bathroom was unpleasant. It had a mix of curtain odor and a sewage-like smell, which made it very uncomfortable.

The hotel location just at outside the gate of Osaki station, and near to Shinjuku, Shibuya station so very convenient to go everywhere.
Staffs were friendly and supportive.
