If you have the same concern as me, yes it does not have air cond during cold season. But the weather is cold enough that you do not need one. Coffee provides free for guest from 3pm onwards and currency exchange is provided as well.

Overall is okay, just the location abit far from train station and the public bath is always crowded

Decent location between a few stations on different lines. You can use the coupons for breakfast or lunch, in my opinion lunch is better. Laundry machines on different floors but if you have a lot the local laundromat over the road is bigger

Very easy check in and check out using the kiosks. Breakfast was amazing! The room was super clean. No weird smell at all. Complimentary water bottles helped hydration during humid hot weather in Tokyo. Access to 3 different train stations was very convenient. Only 7minutes on foot. I wish they had make up removers and other facial amenities available for the guests in the lobby or the rooms. Good hotel for the price. Highly recommended!

Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff are friendly n helpful. Room is spacious in the Japanese standard. Public bath on the top floor is a plus. Aircon is ok. Overall speaking, the hotel is a good choice.

It’s a great and clean hotel located about a 10-15 minute walk from the Yamato Line (Hamamatsucho station) , Asakusa line, Ginza line and Tokyo monorail. Overall a very prime location considering Tokyo, Akihabara, Ikebukuro are also on the Yamato line. The Tokyo tower is also about a 15-20 minute walk away.
Near the station also has a lot of food, including McDonalds, Mos burger, Cocoichobanya, Starbucks.
The staff were super friendly and allowed me to store my luggage there before I checked in and after checking out. It really saves me the energy to lug it around all the stairs.
Also nearby is a small shop ran by this elderly man. He sells really good ramen and rice bowls for really cheap!!
10/10 would stay again!!!

Hotel was near a number of metro lines, convenient for travel around the city. Onsen experience was good too, we were able to experience it when there were lesser people, thanks to the hotel for providing a live count on the number of people using the onsen.

A bit noisy in the evening as it's next to multiple railways. Room is relatively small and facility is old. location is good next to Ginza.

the room we booked was very spacious and we were able to open our luggage on the floor. there were a lot of restaurants near the hotel, which I think is a huge advantage. however, since the hotel is located between 2 JR stations: Hamamatsucho and Shiodome, we found it a bit challenging for us to move our heavy luggage from Hamamatsucho station due to the distance and design of the streets. would definitely recommend people with lighter luggage to stay at this place, or else it would be better to stay at hotels closer to the Hamamatsucho station if you need to travel to the HND airport.
