Very Clean

I got the impression that it was quite far from Hamamatsucho. It was an old building, but it was clean. I was glad that I could use the coin laundry for a cheap price.

I used this hotel on a sudden business trip. It's close to Hamamatsucho Station and there's a convenience store on the way from the station, so it's convenient. However, there are no restaurants nearby, which was a bit of a problem. Although it's old, it's clean and well-maintained, although the air conditioning was difficult to use.

Directions were a little hard to understand, but I thought it would be safe to walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station. The hotel's voice guide on the phone was easy to understand.

The hotel was booked at zero hour. Overall, it was good. The room was clean and tidy, the transportation was convenient, and there was a subway at the door. The service was good, the room was quiet, and the accommodation was comfortable.

As a hotel, it is old, so there are few power outlets and the unit bath is old, but it is well-cleaned and the staff were very friendly. I arrived a little early, but I was grateful to be able to check in.

I checked out quite late, but the person at the front desk did not make any unpleasant faces and responded politely.

Being close to the track, it is noisy at night, the toilet flushing is also loud, and a cemetery can be seen across the window. The room equipment is a bit old, the windows cannot be opened, and it is a bit stuffy. After staying for one day, I changed hotels. It's still close to the JR station.

To be honest, I was in a good mood when I came to Tokyo, but I encountered the cold and unprofessional service at the front desk (Ms. Hasegawa), and I really wanted to go back to the hotel room in the 1980s. To be honest, I feel a little bit bad... specific instructions, 1- The hotel opens the door with a key🔑, Showa! 2- The air outlet of the air conditioner is covered with mildew spots 3- There are no outlets by the bed, and oh, no in the bathroom either! Have you written anything else, such as the bathroom basin seems to be broken + dirty for a long time? !

It may be worth the price, but the facilities are old, so it might be OK if you just sleep there. If you have too high expectations, you will be disappointed.

I used it during a business trip in Tokyo. Although it is a little far from Hamamatsucho Station, it is not bad considering the access from Haneda Airport.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The receptionist was also polite and kind, which gave me a good impression. There was some construction and JR noise, but it has been factored in. I would like to repeat it again.

Although it is old, it is easily accessible from Haneda and the front desk was very helpful.

The overall standard is good, but the hotel is very shabby. And the maintenance is not ideal
