Traffic is very convenience and the room service is good. The room view is ok.

Good location, the foods nearby are so good

The location is very closed to the train station, just few minutes walk and close to everything. Just a little confusing that the checkin isnt at the first floor and doesnt have sign

Room is spacious, but decoration is very old, i.e. wall paper is old style and a bit yellow. No facilities at all but reception staff is friendly. There is one convenient store nearby and close to all rails stations,like JR, skyliner and metro, location is very good.

Overall a good budget hotel. Good hotel for business traveler.

The hotel is actually quite close to Ueno Station, but it's a bit hard to find and takes some time. The room is very small and feels a bit old. You need to use a key to open the door, and you have to hand the key to the front desk every time you go out and get it back when you come back. This surprised me a little. There is no electric kettle in the room, but you can borrow it from the front desk. The service attitude of the front desk is still good. There is no bottled water in the room. The front desk asked me to drink tap water directly.

The location is really good considering the price. However, they do not clean it due to the eco policy. Noise from the room next door is transmitted as is. It's an old facility so they still use keys. There are no smoking facilities inside, so if you smoke, you have to go far away.
