Room was a bit dated but could have been overlooked given the price.
However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. There was a musty smell when we entered and the carpet was dusty especially in the corners (see photo). The towels we were given on the first day were also dirty and perhaps due to limited manpower during the night shift, the staff could not to bring new towels up to our room. The room could use more space to hang our belongings - there was a wardrobe but we were not inclined to use it as it also had a musty smell.
The location was good as it was right next to the B2 exit of Higashi-Shinjuku Station and within walking distance of Kabukicho, but the conditions of the room did not make for a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for a few nights and overall had a good experience. The room looks exactly like the pictures shown was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel itself felt safe and well-maintained. Staff were polite and quick to respond when I needed anything, which I appreciated.
The location was a major plus close to shops, restaurants, and easy to get around. It’s a good, solid place to stay if you’re not expecting anything ultra luxurious.
I’d definitely consider staying here again. Overall, a reliable option for a short trip.

Wow! This place blew my mind. Perfect location, close to the metro/toei line. Very clean. Spacious bathroom and OK size of the room. Nice service. Very friendly. Will consider staying here again!

Clean and polite staff. The location was not that good as Shinjuku station was like 15 min away on foot. The price is reasonable.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes away to 2 subways. Main Isetan mall and nearby shops are about 15-20 minutes walk away. Many foods and nightlife about 10-15 minutes walk away which is hidden from the main road.

Wasn't as close to Shinjuku station as expected. We had to walk a fair bit. That said, there was another line that was right beside the hotel so that was great. Amenities were also great as usual.

Located is good.. 1 minute from a useful metro.
Hotel is well equipped and good quality.
