Very convenient location in Ginza just around the shopping district. Room is a tad small for 2 pax. But clean and decent for staying 2 nights just for a place to sleep.

Very convenient location, at the main street of ginza with lots of luxury shopping. Hotel breakfast looks good but didnt get to try, they also provided free umbrellas which saved us from the rain!

The location is perfect! But the room is very small and abit dated.

It was good. Very near to famous shopping area. Will consider it again. Walkable distance to Uniqlo and Muji. Very near to metro station too.

Amazing location that is right opposite the Dior store. You could do all your shopping here!

The hotel is very close to Ginza center and easy to arrive even in late night/early morning. The staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room is more spacious than I expected and the air-con / shower pressure all worked well. I’ll definitely recommend this place for solo travelers

Hotel Gracery Ginza offers an incredibly convenient location. We could walk to Ginza Station within five minutes, which gave us access to various metro routes to get to other popular areas (e.g. Shinjuku, Asakusa). As for the hotel rooms, they are clean and have a simple layout. Amenities (e.g. toothbrushes) are provided at the reception of the hotel, where visitors can get what they need. However, the devices in our room (e.g. television, hairdryers) were a little old and didn't work too well, which could bother some visitors.

Hotel Gracery Ginza is conveniently located in Tokyo’s shopping district with close proximity to various subway lines. Service is cordial and staff converse fine in English. Hotel amenities are simple but sufficient. Rooms are good for solo travellers as tend to be small like most Tokyo budget hotel rooms. Room is slightly tired looking due to high patronage.

Location is just behind Ginza6 and near the train station. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy check in and check out process. Free orange juice, water and coffee at the reception lobby. Every floor has water and ice machines.

The first room had some issues and they were prompt to move us to another one, very professional. The hotel is behind Ginza.Six, so you are really in the heart of the heart of Tokyo, which is.good and bad at the same time. Overall standard hotel for its category.

Location is really convenient, close to train and many good restaurants nearby! There’s also a few convenient stores nearby! Room wise is really small but gets cosy. Although they do clear your rubbish, change your towels and toothbrushes daily, they don’t clean anything else. We did indicate for room cleaning a couple times but the floor was still dirty and there were hairs in the toilet floor. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They do provide a variety of amenities that need to be taken from the reception lvl. On the room floors, they do provide water and ice dispensers. Overall, a good hotel 👍🏼
