旅館的房間比較小，桌子板是收放式的，還是第一次住到。地點離地站較近，交通方便快捷。出門步路能看到sky tree 塔。
入住時，接待的態度蠻生硬的，沒有賓至如歸感。扔個紙屑指點你自己扔到在外面門口的垃圾桶去，有點意外。要説亮點、衹有下午3:00-24:00有免費咖啡供應吧。總的來講，以後儘量避免使用吧。

麻雀雖小五臟俱全~乾淨衞生沒話可説，早上酒店有提供早餐，隔壁就是全家，附近有幾個地鐵口，出行很方便。下次出遊也會優先考慮這家

以前泊まった別のR&Bホテルとパンの種類が違いました。
朝食が美味しかったです。
予約した時に支払い済みになっていましたが、チェックインの際に清算してくださいと言われました。
確認してもらって支払い済みであることがわかりました。
それ以外は問題なしです。

第一次入住這家酒店，着實有不少驚喜，首先酒店配有會中文的前台工作人員，讓一些日語苦手的客人也能很好的知道酒店內的配套設施具體在哪裡，以及如何獲取洗刷工具等，十分的周到，大堂一樓還設定有由早上營業至凌晨12點的免費咖啡吧枱，讓各位客人從早上有個精神的開始，去享受這趟東京之旅，而訂的酒店房型麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，基本都使用了帶摺疊功能的傢俱，在小房間也能享受到很大的舒適空間，周邊交通十分方便，離開酒店後步行4分鐘可以到新日本橋站，到淺草等旅遊勝地十分便利，價錢不高但有這樣好的服務的酒店在東京是十分難得的，下次有機會的話還是會選擇裏作為旅行期間的休息室！

今回、大人一人と12歳と9歳の子供と3人での旅行でこちらのホテルをはじめて利用しました。
部屋は3人利用の部屋でしたが狭く、ベッドもダブル１台で、3人が川の字で寝るには狭く、眠れませんでした。
素泊まりのプランで、朝食が有料で500円でつけれるとあり、現地支払い(当日の朝支払い)と記載がありましたが、当日700円の案内があり、聞くと、少し前に値上がりしたと言っていました。
当日の朝、朝食を食べに行き、先払いか後払いか聞こうとしたら係の人が、「先にトレーを取って好きなお席でどうぞ」と言うので、後払いなんだと思い食事をしていました。
私が先に食べ終わり、子供はまだ食べていたので私だけ食器を下げに行くと、係の人が「チケットをここに入れて下さい」と言ってきて、「チケット?チケットないんですけど」と言うと、びっくりしたような顔をされたので、チケットは食事付きのプランの人なんだと悟りました。
精算をフロントでしてくださいと言われたのですが、まだ子供が食べている事を伝え、精算に行きましたが、フロントの人に「事前精算となっていますので」と言われましたが、それなら、先に伝えておいて欲しかったです！
案内の人も、先にチケットを持っているか確認するべきでは！？
持っているかいないかで案内が変わると思いますが！
子供が食べている途中で精算を促されたのも、気分が悪いです！
早く食べろと言われているようで、、
せっかくの旅行が、１日の始まりにすごく嫌な思いをしました。二度と泊まりません！
