The hotel is clean, the hotel staff friendly and can ask for help. Good location 500 metre from the station and many restaurants, many convenience store, during the way to hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. You can walk to both JR and tokyo metro within 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is full of convenient stores, restaurant, and supermarket. There is also a Donki mall nearby as well. Even though the room is a bit small but it is compact and comfy. Microwave and chopsticks are available in the lobby. You can also lend a variety of items from the lobby too. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after you checked out. Overall great experience staying here!

Very polite and helpful staff, left my luggage with them in the morning, it was already delivered to my room when I checked in in the afternoon. I only stayed one night but will go back when I returned to Tokyo.

This hotel is a little way from Gotanda Station so if you don’t mind the 9 minute walk and it’s worth the price difference then it’s okay. The hotel stay was okay, it was relatively clean for a business hotel but not as thoroughly clean as some higher end hotels. The comforter was stained which was a bit disappointing to see. I stayed 5 nights and it was fine, however I wouldn’t stay again. The service from the staff was standard.

It is located slightly further from the Gotanda train station (10-15min walk).
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room might be a bit small but is well equipped with the usual amenities.

The room was extremely dirty (by Japanese standards) and the hotel lacked washing machines (which are typical in Japan).
