The place is near Shibuya Crossing. The staff are very welcoming. Room is okay. Only downside is that you might do slight hiking to reach the place - might be challenging when you have luggages with you. But overall, its a good place.

Location is excellent, a small room with all facilities but bit warmer as hotel is quite old and AC needs to be upgraded

The location is great. Staff excellent. Room clean, However the style is very outdated. It needs to be more current. But my stay was quite pleasant!

Good location that is nearby to Shibuya train station with direct access to Narita Airport.
Room surprising quite spacious compare to other room size for hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel even has umbrella that we can borrow which is a nice touch.
The only minus point for this Hotel is that we need to go up some stairs to reach the lobby. Can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggages.

What a wonderful hotel! All staff were friendly, spoke great English, and the location was super convenient; just a few minutes away from Shibuya station.
