Hotel was in a good location, nearby to the Shimbashi interchange station. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean & tidy. They can even hold your bags for you after checkout. Fantastic food options that are opened till late night - approx 5 mins walk away.

Staff was always welcoming and helpful, however the room was very very small; no underbed storage, so very difficult to open luggage (only on top of the bed).

Good hotel location easy access to train station and convenient stores. Lots of nice food and shopping nearby. Room is big enough for couples.

The room is ok. However no service cleaning that day, I only back to hotel late night and it is too late to ask for cleaning service. The front desk the lady service is not so friendly when checked in. Overall still ok, but need improvement

Traffic is good near jr station and metro mtr, customer service is good many food can choose, but the hygiene can be improve

Very good service, staffs very nice. I’ve requested a room with railway view as well and they really arranged for me. It’s excellent location to record daily of Tokyo railway and enjoy the view.

Hotel was in a good location close to Shimbashi station. Hotel offered Lawson vouchers if you didn’t want their breakfast. Was small but had everything you needed.

Continently located near the subway station. Room is a bit small but typical in Tokyo. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for a short stay there.

Mixed feeling about the hotel. The service is not bad overall, however the room doesn’t worth the value. I also noticed the price of the similar room dropped significantly after I booked it, but unfortunately due to they classify it as a different room type, I wasn’t able to get a price match. Here is the view from the premium room, there is no sunlight and very dark during the day:(
