The counter staffs go extra mile…offered me charger to charge my mobile phone while l was waiting to be checked into the room…very impressive with their service and friendliness.

Great price/comfort rate! Rooms are cleaning on the daily basis.
Staff is very helpful. Double room is big enough even not for Japan. Wardrobe, two tables and two chairs fit in the room leaving some space for moving. Bed is big enough for two. Location is great, very quiet and clean, metro and train lines are both very close to the hotel.

It is an old hotel, but some of the rooms are newly renovated. These rooms are slightly more expensive but well worth it. Very clean similar to photos. The house keeping of the room is good, every night we returned with the room well packed and towel replaced. The location is good with many eateries nearby and there are a few metro train stations nearby. The nearest is Asakusa bashi A16, just few min walk away. Nearby there is a Family Mart too, around 3 min walk away.

The room is quite spacious but the hotel is quite old.
Staffs are friendly and helpful , location is good since us 2 stops away from Tokyo station.
One thing which I feel quite strange is the hotel is using physical key and when your went out then you need return the key to counter
