It's about a 5-minute walk from Korakuen subway station. There are Marunouchi Line, Nanboku Line, and Mita Line nearby, so the transportation is very convenient. The rooms near the road are very noisy, so try to choose a room near the inside. The location of the plug is unreasonable, and the internal facilities are average. But the price is here, so bear with it... The hotel waiters are all black, and there is a guy who keeps blinking and his service attitude is quite good.

It's really too bad, it feels like a tin house, it's old inside, and the quilt is black. Are they afraid that the dirt will show?

The room was quite large, which was what I had in mind when I booked it. There was a single bed in each of the two rooms, and a tatami room that could accommodate 2-3 floor beds. The key was that the air conditioning was broken on a hot day, and only one air conditioning in the single room was available, plus two electric fans. The top floor room couldn't be cooled down at all, it was extremely hot. The front desk clerk said he couldn't do anything and just let us endure it. With the window open, the noise from the cars outside continued, plus the mosquitoes, I barely slept all night. The worst night of this trip! So I decisively cancelled the reservation for the next day.

Neither the room nor the bathroom were clean. I think they clean it, but I won't come back unless I have no other choice. I think Livemax hotels are all pretty much the same.

It seems to be managed by Indians. The room facilities are old and broken. There is no free luggage storage after checkout.
