Great accommodation for solo or business stays. Conveniently located near nishi-Shinjuku line and walkable to Shinjuku JR in 5-10mins.
Quiet and peaceful at night. Convenience stores are located from below. Great value.
Rooms are well equipped.

The location is convenient, 2 min walk to metro station. Price is also acceptable. The only drawback is the room is small but it seems to be common in tokyo.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Shinjuku, about 10 min walk to the mega train station. A solid business hotel overall.

Excellent place. Small room but superbly clean. Adequate for one person. Near to convenient store.
Halal food is quite far.. nearest is Saray kebab, which is about 15 minutes walk. Grill hunter is also available, further away from Shinjuku train station.
Convenient to walk to this Inn from Shinjuku train station..takes about 12 minutes (exit via west wing)

Good location, small but clean room. Service is not very flexible. I had 3 consecutive bookings, the 1st and 3rd are same room type. The 2nd is a better room type. I ask the front office to keep me in the same room, no need to move me to a better room for the 2nd booking which is just 1 night. It's more convenient for me and also for hotel, they don't lose anything. But they refused and I have to move twice during my stay. For the 3nd booking, they gave me exactly the same room of my 1st booking. I don't understand stand why they are not flexible, maybe culture difference?
