Honestly your experience would depend on which capsule you sleep in. I was lucky to sleep at the end of a corridor. But if you sleep near the entrance, shower room or the locker room, you'll always hear people walking around. Generally, I think most people during my stay were civil and stayed quiet at night, but again that depends on luck.
The best thing was that the location was extremely convenient. It was close to a metro station and the streets around were bustling with people and filled with shops and restaurants.
Definitely not for everyone, but if you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, you can try this out.

The capsule hotel was noisy very noisy on my first night due to it being near the door. Then I asked the reception to move me to a different place on the second night. The receptionist was generally nice except for 1 guy that has a long hair. His tone was really bad compared to the others staff. The location is actually pretty good but the hotel should improve their policy of asking all guests to leave at 11 and come back at 3pm regardless if you are staying more days with them. It is so inconvenient.

The location is excellent! Very closed to main attractions and public transportations. However, you need to check out every day even though you stay there for days. They do offer pyjamas, towels, toothbrushes. Staff is friendly and nice.

💔When you arrive after long flight, specially I arrive morning and check in time is 3pm you like very tired and unfriendly check in process i don’t appreciated.
💔My capsule is 8038 is the worse location right in front of store luggage room every minute people in and out so much noise I hardly sleep until 4am 😭
💔And cockroaches 🪳 in my bed run around make me frustrated!
💚The amenities is complete more then I expected they have soap, shampoo, flop, facial cleanser, button bud, cotton on pajamas everything .
Somehow my last day the lady is being very helpful to inform me how to go to airport via public transport.

Overall is okay. The capsules were not new, a bit dusty in some corner. Have vending machine and hot water but I wish there is some room temperature drinkable water available. Shower room is not enough during peak hours(night). A bit too crowded im my opinion.

Umm…
Price and location is really good,
But facilities are terrible…
So many people per small space.
If your hight over 175cm and will be stuffy
Bunker was so small.
There’s 30-40persons located at the same room , individual bunker
Sometimes foreign people talk so noisy , and elevator in six floor will be noisy too.
U should have bunker, far away from elevator and bath room.
***everyone should check out 11:00-15:00
All facilities are cleaning time so come back at15:00

The location is very convenient, not so far from the train station and its in the middle of Shinjuku area so you can easily find everything you want to visit from store to the tourist places. I love it bcz they provide everything during your stay, such us towel, pajamas, shower amenities, you can just literally come bringing yourself and don’t forget your clothes haha, also they have coin laundry and vending machine. Oh ya, they will ask you to leave the place from 11pm to 3pm so they can do the cleaning, for me that’s ok bcz if you’re traveling, you should scrolling around the city around that time anyway, they allow me to go get the stuffs I missed in my luggage so they also not very strict, but yeah not allowed to stay or using the facilities during that mentioned time.
I will stay again if I come back to Tokyo
