Excellent location, very friendly host, fast check in and checkout, excellent bathtub, comfy bed and reliable wifi. Highly recommended!

Overall the building is brand new but tiny entrances with strps up to the lift level before it takes you to your floor. Very inconvenient to carry anything heavy up and down (strollers and luggages alike). What we really didnt like is that one of the days we realised a stranger (definitely not the guests in our next door unit) was able to enter into our floor and our gate (card access only to each floor) which is very unsafe! Make sure to lock your room door promptly everytime after opening. Our room for 4 was in another building away about 3mins walk from the main building where reception is. Reception service differs depend on which lady is on duty. The lady with fluent English is helpful, patient and friendly compred to the other who was impatient with us when we notified that housekeeping did not top up our in room amenities (green tea and coffee) for a couple days then. Our mini apartment of 2 single + 1 double beds comes with a mini kitchen + dining area which is great as there are many cooking appliances included. However windows of all 3 days open up to the next door buildings, cant really open all the way without peiple looking in. There is supposed to be housekeeping but we finally made a request to vacuum our floor after 3 days as all the snacks left behind by oyr kids were just left on the floor, in pieces or crushed powder format or swept under the beds... apparently cleaners only magic sweep the floor everyday. Also, if you need your beds made, need to put in special request too. Kids like the area which is where we are.familiar with, Shinjuku Gyoemae, nearby the garden. Not nearest to amenities but there is a 7-Eleven within steps away from our building. We will definitely.come back again for the right price.

Location is good, but difficult to find it at night. The overnight staff is helpful.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway station 5 minutes away, a restaurant 2 minutes away, and many convenience stores nearby! The space is large and someone cleans every day. Highly recommended🥰🥰

The place is relatively small and the air conditioner is in a very bad position, facing the bed.

The check-in area and the accommodation are 100 meters apart. I dragged my luggage and trolley to the room where I checked in. There are three steps before taking the elevator. The luggage must be carried up before taking the elevator. The check-in staff is not very friendly.

I left my key in the room, but they opened the door even though it was busy. You can check in at the self-counter and stay for a while during the day.

This hotel is so scary. In the morning, strange people will use your room card to open your door and look to see if anyone is staying. When someone comes, the door will be closed quietly When I asked about it, the clerk’s attitude was extremely bad. In addition, the place in the picture does not match the actual place. I feel cheated! besides Check out at 10:00 in the morning Yanju 16:00 You can check in first Please think twice before checking in. This is not a low-price hotel. I won’t consider staying here again. It’s too scary.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip in Japan. I personally think the pictures displayed by the hotel on this platform are deceptive. When we arrived in Tokyo, we arrived at the hotel late due to the mobile network not being able to access the Internet. We entered the front desk of the hotel, and the waiter told me that I was not in the front desk building (it was the picture with the hotel logo displayed by the hotel on this platform), saying that it was on another floor, and then we dragged our luggage to the building about 50 meters away from the front desk. Another building at a distance of 10 meters, this building is tightly surrounded by other buildings. From the window, I can touch the opposite building with my hands. After entering the room, I didn't see the structure shown in the pictures. Although it was three beds, I stayed because it was too late and I couldn't tangle with the hotel. The room was not ventilated at all. Because it is very close to the building next to it, the curtains cannot be opened. Awful. And when I was leaving the store, I found that all the people entering and leaving the building where their front desk is located are white and Japanese. So there is reason to explain that this hotel reserved the worst room for the Chinese. Such behavior tarnishes the image of the Japanese people as it is being promoted. I suggest that the platform cancel the cooperation with this hotel.

There's nothing good to say about the price, location and hotel facilities. There is a long bathtub in the Tokyo area, which is great. However, the cleanliness of the sheets and zinc trays is a bit worse, but it is still a good choice if I go to Tokyo again.

The location was good and it was easy to use.

The room was very clean and the space was very comfortable. I would like to use it again. It seems like the kids had a good time as well. thank you very much.

It’s far from Shinjuku Station When I'm tired, it feels further away It was stuffy and hot when I turned on the heating, and it was cold when I turned it off. But the service is okay I asked for an early breakfast because of my travel schedule, and I was grateful that you prepared it for me.
