Its okay. Its not the best but if you on low budget, and will spend most of ur time in japan outside, then this is ur place. Its near 7/11 which is really nice.

I stayed around 5 nights at this hotel during my recent trip to Tokyo. The hotel is located near subway station and there are plenty choices of restaurants nearby. The staffs are polite and professional.

Curtains would've been better than a wooden door for the windows because the room gets very dark should you need privacy.

What i didnt like was that cleaning is not everyday. Only after 3 nights they will clean. We stayed for 3 nights, the bathtub leaks everytime you take shower so the floor is always wet. The mat was not enough to dry the floor. The sprinkler for fem part is not functioning properly, Other than that hotel is good as it is 2 mins walk to ayase train station. 1 min to bus station. Lots of convenience store, supermarket and restaurants around the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. Overall, it was really nice. On the first day I landed in Tokyo, I could directly get to the hotel from Narita Airport. It was a bit late, but there were still many supermarkets and convenience stores near the hotel, and the prices were quite affordable. It was also very convenient to go to the Tokyo Skytree the next day. It's a pity that I made the reservation a bit late, and the hotel was fully booked, so I could only stay for one night.
