It's a little closer from the Rinkai Park station and it's a 15-20 minute walk.
There was no one at the front desk and the system was difficult to understand.
When I made a phone call, a staff member finally came out from another room and responded.
The exterior looks fashionable, but the contents are like a business hotel in the Showa era.
The room itself had a double bed and a sofa and table for 3 people.
The bath is a unit bath with a cold bottom. There is no washlet.
The smell of sewage from the moment you open the door. It doesn't make sense to turn the ventilation fan.
Amenity was self-service.
It smells so bad that I don't feel like taking a bath.
It was very, very disappointing.

ディズニーの前泊で利用しました。車での利用でしたが、パークとの距離は大変良かったかと。新浦安辺りにもたくさんホテルはありますが、そちらよりも短時間で移動出来たと思います。
しかし、部屋は最悪でした。
まず、臭い！禁煙ルームとの事でしたが、本当に耐えられない臭さで、コンビニで消臭剤たくさん買ってきてスプレーしたり置いたりして、なんとか一晩過ごすことが出来ました。なかったら寝られなかったと思っています。
後に気づいたのですが、入口のアメニティ置き場に消臭剤もしまってありました。早く気づいて買わずに使わせて貰えば良かったです。
部屋の狭さも若干気にはなりましたが、コスパ的には妥当な所かな。と納得することに。
部屋位置がエントランスに一番近く、駐車場も近かった為、荷物を運んだりするのに苦なく良かったです。
ハロウィーン期間中の利用でしたので、朝、仮装の準備をして向かうには適していて、
お部屋が臭くさえなければ毎年使わせて貰いたいと思いましたが、
リニューアルでもしてくれない限りもう泊まらないし、知り合いには勧めないと思います。
直前に、安さにつられて予約し利用しましたが、事前にクチコミ見たりして調べておけば良かったなと。
大変勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。
