Good place, big rooms and very spacious for couples and families. Only one problem is they had a key type locking system,no access cards, so only one key will be given by front desk staff.

The facilities are old, so it might be fine if you just want to sleep there.
However, it's surprisingly convenient to get to Tokyo Station and Big Sight with just one bus ride.

The shower pressure was terrible, too weak, and the temperature was not stable, so it would suddenly go from hot to cold, which was unpleasant.

The room was clean and quiet. The service was good. I forgot to bring my key. After explaining to the front desk, they opened the door for me. They are very nice to foreigners. The surroundings are very quiet. It is close to the subway station.

The hotel is near the train station so it's very convenient, but the room is quite small so we didn't find it very comfortable. We booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights but checked out after 1 night staying here. Staff are quite friendly. Thank you for serving us.
