Location of hotel is very close to west exit of Ryokoku station. Many restaraunt around the station.

Facility seems a little bit old, but cleanliness, service was excellent. However it's location could be a little bit far away for any travelers who plan to visit places like Shinjuku or Shibuya. By the way, I was able to see the Tokyo Skytree by the window, so the view was excellent.

Quite a regular hotel for business trips. Rooms are a bit larger than in other business hotels. The room furniture seems to be renovated but the module bathroom appears to remain unchanged since the hotel's construction. But everything is neat and clean. The desk staff is not very welcoming but at the same time not rough or impolite. It's a great hotel for short stays without family.

stay here for a few times for the past few trips to tokyo. good for those with jr pass and wanna to save cost in stay. lot of restaurants around. thought room is small but enough for comfort stay.
