Very elegant and high-end

Location is amazing and staff is very helpful. Concierge was extremely helpful when booking restaurants in advance highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Also, the bathroom was spacious and easy to use, with a washing area and a bathtub. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.

I've stayed there several times. It is very convenient as it is directly connected to Tokyo Station. The hotel is very nice with a sophisticated interior that retains the classic elements of the past. The breakfast was also great and I would have stayed longer if I could.

The location of the hotel is great. Tokyo Station is just downstairs. It is very convenient for shopping and dining. If you want to go to the Imperial Palace attractions, it is a leisurely walk away. The hotel's long corridor is designed to be winding and winding, like a maze, which is quite interesting. The two rooms we stayed in are quite unique. One is a small room that can look out at the dome of the north entrance of the station, and the other is a spacious room with upper and lower floors. Suite, the color and decoration of the whole hotel are very elegant and pleasant. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff I met were all very kind and courteous. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast options. The dining restaurant was also elegantly designed, and the dining experience was very comfortable. In summary, the experience of staying here is great and it is a hotel that will leave you with wonderful memories.

A century-old hotel with Gothic architecture, rich breakfast, and a combination of Western and Japanese cuisine. It is very good. The hotel has an old-money style. It is directly accessible by multiple subway lines and the location is very good.

The breakfast and the smoothness of the reception were very good. If I had to say one thing, I would have liked to reserve a time at the time of check-in, because I had to wait a little at the breakfast venue.

I was tired in the long and narrow hallway. Since the hotel has a long history, I wanted to tour the hotel, but it was too long and there weren't many elevators. I stopped. However, it was a great hotel that lived up to its reputation.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in is spacious with a nice city view. We enjoy our stay and will definitely come again in the near future.
