Tokyu Stay Tsukiji - Tokyo Ginza Area Reviews

The rooms are not clean - after checked in I found hair and a crawling ant on the pillow, and was changed to another room. However, I can find hair on the bed and bathroom, which indicates the rooms are not properly cleaned… the hotel apologized and offered a 1000 yen coupon, but still the overall experience was not good..

Located conveniently about 4 minutes to nearest metro Tsukiji station (hibiya line) PRO. • LOCATION • Friendly staff • breakfast voucher was given for nearby restaurants • washing machine with dryer microwave big refrigerator CON. • Biggest problem is the toilet it’s quite old and bad horrible Smell of sewage. •. No cleaning service (if long stay u need to pay ¥1500 every time for cleaning your room) only towels and rubbish will be change & discard for you. • if Late check out needed (max until 1.00pm) 50% charge of the room rate. Since my flight departs quite late and it was a raining day so I did not mind paying extra to stay 2 hours extra. Anyways for anyone’s reference.

Well required room, ie including washing machine fridge and microwave. Really suit for stay several days

Tokyu Stay brand name is synonymously good service , nice room and product.. it’s very near to the Tsukiji train station.. and just doorsteps away from the ever famous fish market !

This is a stellar hotel that is just slightly off location (as in a few extra metro stops from Ueno or a longer walk from Ginza central). It is located right above the fish market so that is one advantage. However the hotel has lots of additional amenities, such as IN ROOM washer and dryer, microwave and fridge with freezer. This was game changing for me when I returned to Tokyo for two nights to prepare for my return flight. Excellent!

Great location and everything,except service, which was close to none. The guy who checked me in did not have a good attitude. The other staffs I saw the next day also didn't look friendly. Apart from that, the room was decent. Suitable for single person. Plus points for trousers presser (didn't quite do the job tho. Either that or I didn't wait longgg enough) and washing machine.

Never knew that it was so useful to have a washing machine (with dryer function) in the room. Really helps to reduce the amount of clothes to bring to Japan, which means leaving more space for shopping! Located just right outside Tsukiji Market and 5 minutes walk from the metro station, love the location! Water pressure is great, it’s really relaxing after shopping the whole day.

Room was decent but badly lit in the hallway. Beside Tsukiji but it gets crowded in the morning to afternoon when travelling back and forth

a very good choice indeed. Rooms are small, but for one person shouldn't be an issue. The location is just excellent. You can open the windows for fresh air too. A strong advantage. Easily reachable from Tsukiji metro station (exit 1). Ginza in a walking distance too. There is even a washing machine in the room. Amazing.

Located in front of the tsukiji market. I recommend reservation with breakfast, U can choose e8ther hoshino cafe or Uogashi food court. I prefer both but if u want some japanese food go to Uogashi. The room is a bit old but clean and comfortable . There is a washing machine and microwave in ur room.

The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I make it a point to stay at this chain for the convenience via the personal washing machine in the room. Next to Tsukiji market so real easy to get food

Great location, just 3 min walk from Tsukiji Outer Market. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful too!
