The hygiene in our room is bad, especially the toilet! There are obvious hair and stains which are basic cleaning work should be done. We have contacted the staff by room phone, but they said they did not know English. I hate this hotel!

The hotel is very clean and the receptionists are very friendly, patient and helpful. They provide a wonderful service.
Rooms are small (even the residential rooms) - but this is just like every hotel in Tokyo

Locations was good as it near a train station, supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores wear all within working distance.
Room was great, even have a washing machine inside and laundry detergent was provided as well.

Recommended for those who are looking for free laundry service in the hotel, wash & dry included. However unable to open luggages fully. This is a chain hotel brand, can opt for other locations since this is non-central. 3mins walking distance from metro station with a selection of food nearby. The position of the air-con is weird & some of the power socket does not work.

The location of hotel near to Shinjuku Park and 2mins walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station which is accessible to many places. We booked our room with the necessary daily amenities which also come with washing and dryer machine inside our room and we can do our laundry every day, super convenient. Overall, super recommended !

Wonderful stay , very clean and all amenities was super good.
Nearby many stores to buy anything and muslim restaurant was just a few step away.

Friendly hotel staff! Very clean and modern facilities. Location is about a 10 minute walk from the closest subway, and has several convenience stores and restaurants close by. The room has everything you need to be comfortable, including a washer/dryer and kitchenette that came in handy. I only wish there had been a little more space for luggage storage/ or a clothes closet, but it was manageable. Overall, and excellent stay!

It’s an ok place if you’re only staying one or two nights as they don’t do housekeeping. It seemed to be under renovation, the lounge was boarded up and the elevators were plastic wrapped. It was apparent that they penny-pinch more than other hotels, but it’s otherwise standard.

Its around 30mins walk to Shinjuku happening area but dont worry there bus can reach Shinjuku or Shibuya

Nice hotel with all you need for your trip. It’s better to take the metro as it’s closer. Convenient location with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Recommended!

The hotel was cute and the staff were friendly. The room was a bit stinky, kind of a body odour smell in the room, but we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t so bad. If we stayed longer we would request another room for sure. It was too far away to walk to Shinjuku so needed to take a train 2 stops to get to Shinjuku Nishi where the hotel is located.

Hotel was clean, the room we got was spacious, and the toilet was roomy as well. Staff were polite, though they can’t communicate in english very well. There are several food options nearby, as well as convenience stores all within a few mins of walking. Would recommend staying here!

Walked from Shinjuku gochome A1 around 750m.from elevator. It's not located at the highlight tourist areas but quiet for take rest well.
For the 1st night I was impressive that the luggage already dropped at room but was really surprised that it wasn't my luggage at room. Called to the front desk for follow up mine. Before check out date The front desk was hesitate to let guest borrow an universal plug for few mins before check out that asked a lot questions. Finally got it with written the room number 🤨
