We booked for 7 rooms for our annual family trip. Location of hotel is very convenient. Room quite small but manageable to put one big luggage and hand carry. Nearby have a few convenience stores and JR Nippori station is nearby. Overall pleasant stayed we had.

the room was clean and tiny. there had an ice machine, laundry in some floors. the location is good, nearly connected to the airport. and around ther have many restaurants.
we can deposit a luggages after check out.

Location is best for tourist who need to go back to Narita airport and surround area is good for food and shopping.
We booked the corner room but was given a normal room. I requested to FO staff but they got nothing to do with it. The hot water in our room was run out of it during taking a shower.

It is very near to Nippori station where you can access the skyliner to Narita airport. I would stay again for my next visit.
