Pangoo Shinagawa

This property is shabby and tired.   Service is poor.  Location is good.  We requested a doona for the sofa bed as the only available bedding was an old yellow blanket.  Despite multiple online requests for this to be remedied, the property ended up ignoring us and we had to use the blanket.  Never again.

A quiet apartment in Tokyo, close to Shinagawa Station and Takanawadai metro station, about a 7-10 minutes walk to each station. The three of us stayed in room 102, which was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. The only downside was that some parts were a bit dirty, especially on the sofa, there was a lot of dirt in between. For the bed as described and also clean, we slept well.

Location is good and the checkin/checkout process is easy. The room is spacious enough and has all the basic toiletries.

**Worst Stay in Tokyo – Unresponsive Host & Dirty Room** This was my fifth trip to Tokyo, and this stay was by far the worst. The host was completely unresponsive—except when demanding extra money. - **Sudden Extra Charge**: Despite clearly stating in my booking (3 adults + 1 child) and in additional information I have clearly mentioned that my 5-year-old has a severe dust mite allergy, the host emailed me **one hour before check-in** demanding an extra ¥12,000 because "children over 2 are charged." If they had notified me earlier, I would have canceled and booked elsewhere. - **Filthy Room**: The carpet was covered in stains, and the shower hose holder was broken. Not what you expect for the price. - **Zero Customer Service**: The host ignored all my messages unless it involved payment—then they replied instantly. Avoid this place unless you enjoy terrible service, surprise fees, and dirty accommodations.

Overall good experience. It's quite and beds are comfortable
