It is very convenient to have a washing machine, but there is no washing powder. Exit from Toyamaguchi at Takadanobaba Station. Beside the railroad. When you come out of the Waseda Exit, turn right, then turn right again, and go to the underpass that crosses the railway. After crossing the railway, turn right immediately.

The location was difficult to find. I think it would be a good idea to at least include the name and number of the exit.

It's right next to the subway station, only a 5-minute walk away. It's in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby. The interior is clean and tidy. If I'm really picky, it's too close to the subway track. You can hear the sound of trains passing by.

Pure self check-in. Not recommended if your English is not good. The hotel has no waiters, purely self-service check-in, and is near Takadanobaba.

Advantages : - Close to Takadanobaba Station. (Due to its location, it has excellent access to travel to Tokyo) -There is a 7-Eleven right next door. -Clean. -Good amenities such as fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, simple tableware, plenty of towels, toothbrush, etc. - It is cost-effective. disadvantage : -Since it is an unmanned hotel, face-to-face inquiries are not possible. -No cleaning service. -In the event of an emergency (actually, check-in information email was not sent and about 6 hours were lost due to door password mismatch), you have to rely only on trip.com inquiries. - Issue with train sound in the morning.

The hotel responded quickly because you need to enter the gate code to get to the check-in place when checking into the hotel.

It is very inconvenient that there is no elevator

Double security was good, and the accommodation was flawless. It was nice that there was a convenience store nearby. However, there was no parking and it took a while to find it because it was in an alley.

The exterior and interior were very beautiful, and the security was solid, so I was able to spend a relaxing time with peace of mind.

The room and bathroom were very clean! I was able to do it slowly ^_^ There is also a convenience store nearby, which is convenient! I want to use it again!

Had small touches such as electrical outlets and usb ports for each bed, washing machine, drying rack, cutlery and plates, stove.

Check-in was confusing, support number didn’t work. Garbage pile beside the front door that smelt disgusting and the air conditioning smelt like urine. Blood smears in bathroom. Other then that the stay was fine, nice shower and clean beds. Enjoyed the abundance of towels as well as the local grocery and convience stores. Close by to train station aswell.

Property is clean. I like that there is washer in the room. Room size is small for 3 people.

A little bit noisy cause near the train station but still ok. Everything else is perfect. Very comfortable.
