The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel is next to the train and bus station, very clean, warm and quiet.

It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates. Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, super convenient as it's right next to the metro (15 second walk away). Rooms have been newly renovated and the amenities are great.

The bed is the best part, so comfy and service is on tops. Location is another point, right next to the exit and breakfast is superb

This is a chain hotel with all locations in Kamakura, Tokyo. It has self-service check-in and is very convenient for traveling near the station. Facilities: Complete, with self-service coffee machines, coin-operated washing machines, and self-service accommodation items. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Next to the station, good sound insulation. Service: Basically self-service.

The location of the hotel is great, just turn left when you exit the JR station, but the disadvantage is that it takes a long time to get to some major attractions! All in all, I give it a high rating!

The hotel location is quite convenient. We are quarantined as soon as we leave the station, and even going out to Shinjuku only takes about 20 minutes. The room was also very comfortable! There are many specialty restaurants and shops nearby, so you can spend a whole day without any problem😊
