如果不是我們小朋友在酒店門口哭了兩小時。我也不想斷人財路給差評。認真想想，還是應當讓更多的遊客吸取我的教訓。攜程把這樣的奸商做進來，應該是有責任或者系統漏洞的。
最大的問題，是它想搞無人酒店自動入住，卻提前沒有做好對接。晚上9:30到酒店門口進不去，以為搞錯了，傻了半個小時，確認這是我訂的酒店後打電話給商家，攜程介紹裏説會多國語言，實際上，好不容易有人接了，她衹講日語，聯繫攜程客服，攜程也聯繫不上，異國他鄉這麼晚的時間換酒店太難了。最後，緊急請東京朋友打了很久，終於再次打通了電話，蹭別人的門禁混進了2平方米的前台，有個pad，獨自用外文操作了很久，終於在深夜23:30拿到了一個開門密碼。孩子已經哭暈了，房間也很差，上下鋪灰塵好多。有視頻為證。
新宿花園酒店，跟花園和酒店沒有任何關係。租個民居改造成七個小房間就敢這麼叫，兩晚收了我接近4500元人民幣，入住8個小時睡醒後孩子再也受不了房間的臟差，我果斷離開，去了附近的四星級酒店愛德蒙， 價格比新宿花園酒店便宜些，感受是天堂和地獄的差別。
我會在返回國內後，在國內投訴攜程，同時也看看日本的法律是怎麼規定的。為什麼這樣的情況，也可以叫酒店。
