Excellent location and service ! 3- min- walk to the metro station. A lot to explore in the neighborhood. Room is squeaky clean and spacious. Very cozy . Staffs have been extremely helpful . I emailed the hotel telling them I left my external charger in the room but I’ve checked out already . They responded within an hour and help me send it to the hotel i am currently staying and I got the package the next day . Impressive service !

The Aoyama Grand is situated in one of the best locations in Tokyo. Most convenient indeed. The view from our suite on the 17th floor is excellent, day and night. Comfortable bedding, perfectly firm mattress, and great sound proof. Very happy with the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but it's strange that the check-in area and the restaurant are connected together. The room is nice. But my room seems to be next to a cleaning room. The waiter talked to me at the door every morning. I thought there was someone standing next to my bed in my sleep. The soundproofing of the door is average. The Italian food upstairs is good. It's convenient to go shopping and take a taxi. The mirror in the bathroom is very bright and suitable for makeup.

Even the basic size requirement for five-star hotels is 1.8m. Don’t you have this common sense? I have never been so speechless because of the size of the bed... When we checked in, the front desk told us that because the hotel rooms were fully booked, they could only arrange a 1.5m bed room. We were two adults with a child (and we had noted it). After coordination, the hotel told us that "because the two guests who came to our hotel can stay in a 1.5m bed", so it was our fault to bring a child to stay? ! Requesting a 1.8m bed for more than 3,000 per night is not worthy of staying, right? In addition, because we didn’t have enough room, we had to change rooms in the middle of the two days we booked. They could understand and comfort us. On the first day, we upgraded to the so-called suite (I didn’t think it was set anywhere) because this room was 1.8m, and then told my booking platform that because the room was upgraded, we had to change rooms on the second day...excuse me? ! Did we ask you to upgrade? We want to stay in the room we booked. Do you have a 1.8m bed? What's even more outrageous is that after checking in, they gave me time to solve the problem and told me that the solution was to let one of us sleep on the sofa? ! What are you thinking... Objectively speaking, the hotel hardware is indeed ok, but please study it carefully. Staying in a hotel is also about hardware + service. Service is not just a smile... Stayed for four nights in room type 246. It is on the 19th floor. The room size is okay and the layout is comfortable. There is a sliding door to separate the inside and outside. The bed and sofa are on the short side. There are a lot of furniture of this height in Japan, which shows a lot of space for tall people. It may not be very comfortable to use, but I think the bed is OK. Europeans and Americans are used to sleeping on soft beds. I read some reviews that they thought the bed was hard. I hesitated for a long time when making the reservation. I was afraid that the discomfort would affect my rest and shopping, haha. The supplies are very good, there are plenty of large and small towels, and small square towels are ten yuan. It is the first time I have seen so many towels. They are soft and not old. The hand sanitizer smells great and the plant smells nice. The minibar is free and refilled every day. We don't drink alcoholic drinks, so we only used sparkling water and oolong tea and ate potato chips. Friends who drink a lot should be very happy~ We had a small breakfast and only went to TB on the fourth floor. The choices were limited to banana bread and coffee, and the semi-buffet was on the 20th floor. This hotel is not big. There are many restaurants inside, especially the fourth floor which is full every day. The service was very good. The Japanese front desk spoke English very well. When I checked out, the white girl had a better attitude. The floor attendants are also nice and can be seen cleaning almost all day long. The nearby subway is Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Line. It is within walking distance of convenience stores, beauty stores, and a delicious curry rice shop. It only takes a minute to walk to Omotesando. Suitable for Tokyo experts who love shopping The only downside is that my shower room had a bit of a bad smell, and one day I was woken up by the fumes because I didn't close the door. Another friend who was interested in a room with a tomb view told the front desk in advance that the nearby Qingshan Cemetery is a huge area. My room type may only be available on this side, so I didn't ask if I didn't care much. Then there is no doorman. If you bring large luggage, remember to enter through the side door to avoid walking up the steps. Overall it is highly recommended

The hotel is very low cost performance. Except for the location, everything else is ordinary.

Our room type does not have a cloakroom, so we can hang some clothes in the bathroom, which is a little inconvenient. If it weren’t for the tomb-view room, I would definitely come back. The cemetery is quite large, and it’s all around. Taking a taxi, it’s a really rough road on both sides, with a total length of one or two hundred meters. I can only say I’m shocked.
