When I booked this Hotel (or rather say apartment ), i got the cheap price (maybe get lucky because of the date). Booked for my 6 guests all ladies. Pros : Clean, big size rooms compare similar price hotels, nice atmosphere, big bed, location 5 minutes walk from Kamata station. Cons : Hard to Check-in because they don't have a receptionist (check-in through video call ). No mineral water inside the room (my guests complained because they are not used to drink tap water) Everything else is great.

Other than a long self check-in, everything is superb. This property is an apartment sytle hotel, where you get to experience how to live in apartment in Japan. Thank you Minn Kamata.

Super impressed with the check in process. The place is very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to open your luggage easily. It would be perfect if the washing machine’s drying function worked properly. Although it has a drying mode, it gets extremely loud, almost like it’s about to explode, when we turn on the drying mode.

Room was very spacious has bath tub and they always gave us new bath towels face towel and door mat

Good place near kamata train by 10 mins walk. Stayed for 8 days 7 nites no housekeeping at all. We were out all day everyday so dont mind it at all since they provide rubbish bin at level 1 to throw but will be nice to at least make up the room. Its self checkin counter. Facilities is great have washing machine n dryer

No heater provided for room during winter

The room is very clean and quiet, very close to the convenience store and the station. The convenience store is open 24 hours a day and only takes 2 minutes, which is very convenient. The station only takes 5 minutes and is very convenient to go anywhere.

Good location and comfortable enough for 2 people to stay for 2 weeks.

Clean on bed mattress, kitchen wares. Family mart is just next to the hotel. Station is close. Warm in the room n toilet. Comfortable.

It is relatively close to the airport, but there are a few points for your reference: 1. When I saw the standard loft and standard room, I mistakenly thought that the two wide beds written in the standard room were not bunk beds, but they were actually bunk beds😂 2. It is a short walk from the subway station, and there is a convenience store nearby. 3. There is no luggage storage!! No early check-in!! I didn't pay attention to this in advance and suffered a big loss. I dragged my luggage to the hotel in the morning, but I couldn't check in and couldn't store it. I had to drag it to the subway station to store it... So tired... 4. It is a self-service check-in. There is no one at the front desk. Scan the code to register and then video the front desk. You can communicate in English. After checking the information, you will get the password to check in. 5. There is a fast airport bus to the airport. Following the navigation, I dragged my luggage up and down a long staircase. Later I found that I should be able to go directly from Putian Station to the bus station... 6. It is a little crowded, but the facilities in the room are complete and it is still very good! The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is very convenient!

It's a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Kamata Station. It's very convenient. It's also very convenient to take a bus to Haneda Airport from the East Exit. The room is too small and there's no vacuum cleaner. It's difficult to clean because it's not clean. It's really convenient.

This hotel is like a one-room apartment converted into accommodation, so you can stay as if you were living there. I only stayed for one night, but I felt that there were many benefits to staying for multiple nights. In particular, the washing machine was installed as a set with an indoor clothes drying bar, which I thought was convenient. It takes some skill and strength to get to the top bunk bed, but the space was large and it felt like four people could sleep comfortably in one room. The table and bath were also large and comfortable to use.
