The room is nice!!!!!!! Every day the room were cleaned properly!

So small but convenient, close to JR metro, have free drink like tea, coffee and cocoa (love it!)

Super excellent location as there are many subway lines around the hotel so we can navigate whichever way we want to go. Location is full of food selection and very happening too. Best is only about 10mins away from skyliner train that go straight to Narita airport. Perfect location! Also provide washing machines coin laundry+ free beverages at the hotel lobby daily! Just one thing I do not like was no Aircon during winter but they provide heater though. Other than that, everything else is great!

Great location and enjoyed the hotel overall. Did not like the early check out 10am though other than that it was good. Also if you’re on a middle floor and try to catch a lift around 10am expect looong waits to find an open lift.

There is a few dust at the curtain and bed, the rest is clean.. Receipt ion are very good in English, Break fast is limited of choice and slow but warm welcome. Location is very excellent, shopping transportation restaurant.. Next time if Tokyo ,here is the first choice

I had booked for 1 week and enjoyed a quiet room. The biggest concern in the room was the hinges on the toilet door, that seemed a bit flimsy, but it worked fine. Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi is located very close to the Okachimachi station which is also very close to Ueno. And it is very easy to get to from Hanada airport. I really enjoyed that a Family Mart was just around the corner when I arrived back at the hotel very late in the evening, too late to go out to eat. I was definitely a stable there while staying at the hotel, both for quick food on the go, or small necessities. Also, as I had rented a portable wifi, drop off when I left was equally easy, as a post office and mail box was just two small streets away towards the station. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Tokyo.

Room is very small, hardly can open luggage. Location is very good, close to metro. Very good value for money if you are looking for not expensive place.

Could improve the service and kindness to customers. I would expect them to be a bit kinder towards customers.

Best value. Just situated the heart of ueno. Walking distance to subway and iron airport. Free coffee at lobby. Friendly staff offers umbrella when it rains.

I stayed over for two days but the room is very very small. I think it is overcharged. The location is great because it is walking distance to all the shopping area and like 3 mins away from metro station. Many restaurants around the hotel as well.

Great location, right next to a department store and two min walk to the station. Toilet is a bit small though but overall very clean and cosy. Even though the space is limited, they have the amenities like kettle, tea, hairdryer etc. incl pajama shirt! I was quite surprised by that. TV channels are only limited to Japanese ones. Overall would stay again if given the chance!

This hotel is very good for me. The location the room is so clean. They even offered free coffee choco and tea. The people are very friendly.

The counter staff was rather impolite. The bed sheet and pillow covers had stains. Furthermore, the air purifier was very noisy. Definitely not recommend going to this hotel.

Overall, a great stay. The room was clean and modern despite it being a bit small. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
