The room was well-cleaned and had ample amenities, so even though I only stayed overnight it was very comfortable. I was happy that they provided coffee.
The plan included breakfast, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The female staff member was nice when I checked in.
However, there was no greeting from the front desk staff when I left or returned during my stay...Normally, in any hotel, when you leave, you get "Have a nice day" and when you return, "Welcome home"...etc. I was disappointed because I thought such greetings were normal.
The worst part was when I checked out, they asked me to confirm my full name again, so I said "⚪⚪ is the name of the room."
When I said "⚪⚪" in full, they said "That's the wrong person" and told me to check the room number, which made me a little angry. Then they said "Excuse me." They said they had confirmed it, so when I went to the entrance, they didn't even say "Thank you." I felt that the staff at this hotel were not well trained.
I probably won't use Toyoko Inn Omori again.

If you are staying multiple nights, will the room be cleaned and the bed sheets changed once every four days?
It would be nice if there was a humidifier.
The tap water in the bathroom is displayed to see if it is potable water.
There are convenience stores, family restaurants, and bento shops around the hotel, which is convenient.
You can check whether breakfast is available from the TV in the room, which helps reduce waste.
The miso soup is delicious, but I wonder if they serve packaged products afterwards?
