Very bad service hotel, we book 31 dec-2 jan and 3 jan-5 jan, we are rejected for leave our luggage for one night omly while we go to fuji.. just one night, we stay for total 4 night, but just little request can be done.. will never come again, even before we have 5 times on other toyoko location, we thought we love this hotel, but disappointed comes.. bye

Nice hotel small rooms but I wished they would have the option of cleaning the rooms and making the beds daily. It’s a rather inconvenient option to only have the rooms cleaned every 4 days. They only give new towels everyday and we have to clear our own rubbish and towels and put it outside the rooms. The breakfast although free wasn’t at all to my liking. Below mediocre and I believe they could do better.

It was closer to the station than I thought, the staff were very friendly, and I really liked the free breakfast! It might be a little difficult for Koreans to understand, though. It's an older hotel, but it felt well-maintained.

😂 It's located near the subway station, which isn't far. This is probably one of the advantages of Toyoko Inn. Trust me, you can't go wrong choosing Toyoko Inn every time you go to Japan.

Very good hotel. The Toyoko sparkling water sold in the hotel is delicious. In addition, the vending machines also sell other drinks and different brands of beer. Highly recommended.

The room was a bit small, but fully equipped, and the service was quite warm! The breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared every day, with the dishes changing slightly each day, but always nutritious!
