About 10-12 minutes walk from JR station, 3 minutes walk across is subway station , located nearby Shinjuku sanchome area, many eateries and convenience store around . Hotel provided some toiletries , drip coffee and Japanese tea,, front desk stuffs are polite and provide good service ,small room but very clean with comfortable bed. Recommended

The room is clean and a few hundred meters walk from the Golden Gai. It’s walkable to multiple stations but not if you have luggage with you. Since it’s on the fringe of the happening spots of Shinjuku, it’s not noisy. I like the stay and everything in the room - lights, faucets, etc - were functioning. I believe they have just newly renovated when I checked in last February 2025. I availed of the room only so no comment on the hotel food, etc.

I absolutely loved the hotel and its clean, simple design. Perfect for solo travellers. The location is fantastic too.
I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

The hotel is not clean, have hair on the bed and bathtub. The mattress is not comfortable also. Can hear ambulance pass by every single 10 minutes. Very bad experience as i couldn’t sleep whole night. Subway near the hotel but JR is super far. Not many foods surrounding the hotel also. Please don’t know book this hotel!!!! Expensive price with bad experience.

Great stay for few days. Cannot be better location, close to the subway, and many famous spots around. I had a fantastic stay at Via Inn Shinjuku. Services and staff were marvelous.
