Ici Hotel Tokyo Hatchobori Reviews

On day of check-in, front desk missed out one of my rooms in booking! It was lucky i spoke enough Japanese to clear it up. I didnt check on their English proficiency though. Trip.com also replied me promptly on chat with the reservations number to clarify with the staff. I managed to check-in smoothly after which. Staff were friendly and greets you everytime you enter or leave the hotel. Hotel is at a great location, less than 5 minutes to JR Keiyo line that brings you straight to Maihama Station for Disney, and on Hibiya Line that goes to Ginza and Ueno. Various buses around 5min distancr that can go to Tokyo station, Tsukishima, etc. I walk to Ginza area in 15min. There is a Lawson, FamilyMart and a small supermarket in close proximity. Room was small for a compact twin, but comfortable for me as i was a Single user. I cannot fully open my 28inch luggage though. The bed and pillow were comfy and i slept well daily. The hotel has one of the best laundry machine i used! There is a function to wash and dry in the same machine so you dont have to come back and check on it. However if you have too many clothes, you will need to add more time to the drying. Bad point is that there are only 2, so if somebody just put it in, you would have to wait for a long time. Overall, i would choose this hotel again due to the great location.

Last minute booking during peak sakura season and were one of the few hotels available. Location was acceptable and within walking distance to Ginza. Rooms were a little small but to be expected in Tokyo.

Staffs are friendly and address many questions I have about the surrounding area and hotel amenities. Rooms are clean. For the price it’s a very affordable and clean hotel to stay at if you do not care too much about space in the room

Hotel is in a good location. Short distance to the subway station. Rooms are tiny but clean. Breakfast was average but there was constant pressure from the cook so that we don't eat too much. They have to come down a bit on this. We paid $200 per night for breakfast included room and I think we overpaid a bit for what we were offered.

A great location - very close to Hatchabori station which is very convenient for Disney Resort and central Tokyo. It is also very near to a Lawsons convenience store and different restaurants. The room was clean and modern - not spacious but ideal for what I wanted with air conditioning. Breakfast was rather basic and not many seats to sit to eat it - but it was adequate. Service was excellent and although some of the staff had little English there was always someone there who knew enough. Thanks go to the young man who helped me repair my suitcase at 5.30am when I was checking out - it was a life saver and did the job.

Everything is great! The owner is responsive, it is clean and quiet inside. I want to return to this place next time I come to Kyoto ♥ I didn't take any photos of the hostel inside, so I attached a photo of the Kyoto Tower, TANUKA (they are everywhere, EVERYWHERE) and Seungmin, who is traveling from Kyoto back to Tokyo

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Hatchobori Station (there is an elevator at the nearest exit, great quality!). If you want to go to Disneyland like me, the Keiyo Line passes through this station, so it is very convenient without having to change trains. My English is very poor, and I used Google Translate to talk to the counter staff without any problems. Every counter staff is welcoming with a smile. The most polite one is the aunt at the breakfast buffet bar. Her smile always makes me feel that a wonderful day is about to begin. Breakfast costs NT$300, which is indeed not cheap, but it is very nutritious and exquisite, and our family all thought it was delicious. The room is indeed a bit small for a tall boy, and the suitcase is not easy to open, but it is very clean (I care about it very much, so I look carefully). The only drawback is the smell of medicine in the towels, which I really don't like.

There are Lawson and FamilyMart downstairs of the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. And it’s also very clean. I’m very satisfied! The pudding at this breakfast shop is so delicious that I can’t stand it! ! !

As always, a warm welcome in Japan. The room is clean and has everything you need. There is a window that can be opened. If there is only a little space, otherwise everything is fine.
