This hotel is less than 20 km from Haneda airport and can be easily reached by metro.Very convenient location near Tokyo station.
I only needed one day in Tokyo and then connected on the train, left the luggage in the hotel.
The rooms have a comfortable bed, not very large but that is to be expected in Tokyo. The price was very reasonable and the room was clean and had everything I needed.
There are shops and restaurants nearby, I would certainly consider staying again
