Amazing hotel to start our holiday in Japan , breathtaking views of the city , direct bus to Narita on the doorstep and a shopping mall underneath with many restaurant options and the underground station .

Excellent hotel with stunning views and outstanding service 👌
We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier during our trip to Japan, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an incredible view of Tokyo Bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and overall quietness make it feel like a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city.
The public bath on the 36th floor is a real highlight. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking night views of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The location is perfect: directly connected to the subway, and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Toyosu fish market.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel! The location is very convenient! There are all kinds of transportation nearby. The malls are full of great restaurants. Check-in is simple, the room has everything you need. Even the vending machines on the floor. The view is amazing. The hotel itself looks very conceptual. There is a restaurant and a currency exchange. The course is better than in the buildings nearby. Highly recommend))

This is a very bad hotel. The location is terrible, the staff are awful, and they discriminate against Chinese people. You must immediately tell the hotel if you want a late checkout upon check-in. If you don't tell the front desk staff right away, you won't get one. Late checkout isn't free, it's paid. I told the staff I had no problem paying, but since I had to take care of the kids, could I leave my luggage and come back later to tell them? They still said no! When I complained, the staff acted as if they had nothing to do with it! At night, the bathroom made noises! The kettle was unplugged, but water kept running. Someone banged on the door for no reason, but no one was there. Would you dare stay in a hotel like this? We even had to leave at 1 a.m., and there was no way to complain, and no refund!

Superior double bed room is very clean and comfortable. With a good view of inner Tokyo bay. Laundry room is always busy at night, and guests need wait a while. Please notice that the HND airport bus is available on x:15. The restaurants and stores in Lalaport provide a series of product which is very convenient.

A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
