The hotel is just opposite the train station and is a few stations away from Disneyland. It is also not too far from Ginza & Tsukiji. The rooms are spacious and they have coin laundry too. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to Tokyo again.
Service was really good too. Before we checked in to the hotel, we came few days earlier to leave some of our luggages here before heading to Mt. Fuji. Check in and luggage storage were all smooth.
There are supermarkets and eateries around the hotel too. Really convenient.

Lovely hotel with great amenities for travel with train station just next to the hotel. Providing much needed convenience to go anywhere in Japan. There is a supermarket next to the train station where you can purchase your daily necessities.

Photo taken in our hotel room on 3/F. So close to the Shiomi JR station for which we are happy.
Easy parking for those driving car (99% of the parking space remained unoccupied during our stay, 1500 yen per night). A peace of mind for those who come with a car!
Just 3 stops to Tokyo station but it also comes with a long long walk (at least 10 min) in the subway to get through to the main scenic spots and interchange to JR Yamanote line or high speed train. This is the reason we will try elsewhere next time.
Overall, very good value. Reasonably sized room for family, up to standard Japanese style buffet lunch, concierge staff communicate fairly well in English.

Good service and great location. There is a supermarket that closes at 1:00 AM and a 24-hour restaurant nearby.
It's in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from the station.

Stay in a quiet and comfortable place. It’s just two stations away from Tokyo Station and near Disneyland. You’ll find plenty of manga to read while waiting for your laundry to be done!

Absolute best location. 3 stops to Tokyo Station which takes you anywhere. Supermarket, 24 hr eatery and train station virtually right beside the hotel. Very quiet area despite being beside the train station.
Spacious room, sparkling clean. Love the bath tub and the separate toilet (so everyone can get ready in the morning faster). Comes with everything and the extras you could possibly ask for, including shoe dryer, microwave, ice making machine etc.
Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo so far. Will repeat the next visit.

Very clean, quiet and nice service. Much better than you can imagine. The location is a bit far from central places but there’s a subway station right in front which takes you to Tokyo station within 20mins.
