Very unfordable experience here at 9H, second time came for capsule hotel and my family like the comfortable of the bed. Near to station but its still need to walk approximate 10mins, quite a long wait if you already tiring walking around in the city. Outside the hotel straight to have a FamilyMart, very convenient even at midnight I would like to grab some snacks the only downside is the storage, capsule hotel the facts is its very hard for you to manage your item in your luggage, there have no place for you to open and close your luggage.

The experience was very bad. · First of all, the noise. I didn't expect the capsule hotel to be very quiet. After all, so many people sleep in one space, and it is inevitable that some people will pack their luggage at night. But the most outrageous thing about this one is the subway noise outside. I live in the female dormitory on the 7th floor. Every time the subway passes by, it is very noisy, making it feel like sleeping next to the railway. · The bedding is average. The quilt is thin and not breathable. The air conditioner in the sleeping cabin is a little loud at night, so I slept a little cold. The pillow is also average. · The bathroom is very poor. There is no problem with hygiene, but the female bathroom is very crowded. Each person will be given a locker to put the luggage, and the space is relatively small, which will be troublesome if there are too many luggage. Then the bathroom and luggage room are on the same floor. Every time I go there, I feel that there are a lot of people and it is inconvenient. Especially at 8-9 in the morning, a bunch of people squeeze together to wash, dress and put on makeup, and sometimes you have to queue for a while to blow dry your hair. · One of the funny things about their home is that from 10 to 14 o'clock is the cleaning time. You can't stay in the sleeping cabin, bathroom, and luggage room. You must go out or stay in the rest area on the 6th floor. I didn't sleep well at night because of the noise. I couldn't sleep in the morning. And because of the 10 o'clock cleaning time, the girls' washroom was very crowded at 8-9 o'clock. Everyone was in a hurry and it was very stressful in the morning. ·The staff service is okay. Considering that this is not a high-end hotel, just make do with it. I didn't think the waiters were very friendly or willing to help guests. ·The view on the 6th floor is good, with two floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can see Tokyo Dome outside. But that's all. The seat design is not very comfortable, the space is too open, and it's inconvenient to make calls. ·The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to Suidobashi Station and not far from Iidabashi Station. The Imperial Palace and Tokyo Dome are all within walking distance. Shinjuku and Chiba can be reached by the same line, which is convenient for going out and going to the airport. It can be said that this is the only advantage of this hotel. In short, the price is not cheap, the stay is uncomfortable, and there will be no next time. Not recommended.

Friendly staff, very specific and easy to understand explanations. The women's room is separated into a separate area, very safe for those traveling alone. Personal items for guests are disposable, very clean and convenient. The bathroom is also very comfortable. Cabinets and equipment all use codes to open, very safe. There is a common room, quite nice, with a view overlooking the river.

I chose this as my first capsule hotel! After looking at the reviews and photos, I was worried until the last minute, but I thought I would be safe here. In fact, women were able to use the elevator with peace of mind as there was a private elevator where men were not allowed to enter. The bathroom and locker are combined, so you can take a shower anytime. There was a SALONIA hair dryer. The lockers were able to hold medium-sized items, and security was provided so that they could be opened with a card, so I felt safe! (I think it will fit a large carrier because it looks like it could have a shelf.) It was a little more expensive than other capsules, but it was cheaper than a hotel, so it was good. [Amenities] toothbrush set One large and small towel, and a towel for your feet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower room (the conditioner finally works after a lot of use) Loungewear (top and bottom) The mattress and pillow inside the capsule were comfortable. There was a Family Mart right in front of us, and it was also near the station!

Overall it's good, but it's easy to meet low-quality people, packing luggage in the rest area, it's highly recommended for solo travelers with a low budget

The hostel itself was pretty good. What I found a bit stupid, however, was that you couldn't use the capsule for four hours every day. You couldn't leave things in the capsule during the day and had to keep locking everything in the locker. I find that a bit inconvenient if you're staying for several nights. The space at the lockers was also quite tight. I felt like I was in a changing room at a gym, only without benches. You were always in someone's way. And organizing your suitcase was a challenge due to the lack of space. The view from the lobby was pretty nice though, and the location by the water was nice too.

The shower in the shower room doesn't spray mist even when you follow the instructions, and the locker hinges are broken, so the hotel is often provided without proper care. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, and there is a convenience store and *****tore right in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent, clean and hygienic, there is a large observation deck on the 6th floor, and the price is affordable

The room is very clean. Convenient to check in. Luggage storage is available.

For a capsule accommodation in Tokyo, this branch of 9h is very busy but it still able to maintain orderliness and cleanliness. I had a great 1 night stay with special thanks to Issam(?) who spoke very good English and enjoyed a friendly conversation during his night shift. The cabins can be full at times but no issue with maintaining peace and quiet in lockers and sleeping area. The loung area looks very nice but keep in mind it is not tinted so at night people outside can see you like fishes in an aquarium. Not really an issue. There is a coffee shop at the ground floor. I reduce 1 star from perfection just because they don't have a drinking water fountain or much amenities inside. Also one of the men's toilets was unusable out of 3 available but didn't see much issue of having to wait. I look forward to coming back someday. I recommend here if you're trying to stick to a budget and traveling solo or with a few friends. Just bring eye mask and ear plugs.

Everything about my stay was pretty nice but I wish the front desk would offer services for Uber or taxi.
