Neat, clean and comfortable, about 1km from the subway station, so quiet! Smoke-free and odor-free, suitable for families! 2 bedrooms and one living room! Great value for money! I love so much! No need to buy a power adapter anymore! Suitable for Chinese plugs, with garbage classification!

Although the photo on the reservation site and the address listed are the same, the name of the actual inn (condominium) entrance is different. Is it correct here? I felt quite anxious. I was supposed to check in using the tablet at the entrance, but when I pressed the reservation number, it said it didn't match the reservation number, so I couldn't proceed any further, so I called the contact number posted, but somehow things worked out, but I was pretty worried. (The female staff on the phone was kind and helpful, so I was saved.)
There are many equipment failures in the room. The refrigerator was broken and the bathroom ventilation fan was making a lot of noise. There was dust and cobwebs, so it couldn't be called clean. It can't be helped because it's cheap. I didn't feel like using the kitchen utensils.
It was good because I was only looking to stay for a few hours (nap), but I don't think it's suitable for staying for a long time.

They need to have better communication when you get a room here. When you get a room here they send you an email with your room number plus the code to get in other than the communication it is a nice room and me and my daughter enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was great about the place. I understand we rented an apartment but we needed to clean a lil the place. The biggest inconvenience was that the property doesn’t have a good way to reach management so there no staff in place to do a check in. Most international flights arrive to Haneda very late and there was no one to open and the only way they have to contact is by phone or email. Since as a foreign you can’t get a local sim cad with phone number we end up having to stay the first night on another hotel just to wait for someone to get us the information to get in the apartment.

This property was great for a family of 5. The kids had a bedroom and the adults had their own. It was quiet between units, but within the unit you could hear through the walls. It was a great location with a bus stop right in front and multiple train stations within a 20 minute walking distance. The area was very quiet and had multiple grocery and convenience stores within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again!
