Hotel staff were exceptional. Stayed in the Pokémon room which was a blast for our children. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The location was good, easy to get to from the subway. Close to the Tsukiji fish market too. A bit expensive but for one night OK

All staff (counter and cleaners) are extremely attentive and helpful. Provided assistance with the luggage forwarding too. :) Location is within close proximity of the stations and a few restaurants. Cleanliness of the room is extremely clean and my kids love the Pokémon room.

Quite far from Ginza station, around 12-15 mins. There are 2 convenience stores nearby. Staff speaks excellent Eng, similar to other mimaru we went. The home theater was fun n can watch YouTube , Netflix etc. good for family

It's perfect for bringing a baby. Everything is available. The refrigerator is very large and has a freezer area. You can buy some things from the supermarket and cook them yourself. There are pots and pans. You can watch YouTube and other things through the room projection, and the Internet speed is also very fast! The nearest subway station is Hatchobori, but coming from Haneda on the Keikyu Line, you need to get off at Takaracho Station.

The Pokemon room is very beautiful. If you like Pokemon, you will be very happy, especially Kirby. The store clerk is very polite and has a good attitude. I will consider it again next time.

We went on a family trip of 5 people. 4 adults including children. Staff at reception can communicate in English. (I was very happy with this.) Also, it was convenient to be able to refill the shower robe, various teas, toothbrushes, slippers, etc. on my own. There was a coin laundry, so it was convenient because I didn't have to go to a separate laundromat, and I arrived earlier than the check-in time with the luggage storage service, so I left it there and traveled comfortably :) - Room condition First of all, it was very good for family travelers! The room is not mini-sized, but has a rather large refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, various dishes, and cutlery sets, so it was comfortable to wash the tumbler and order Uber Eats to eat. Even those who come with a baby can clean the baby bottle, so it won't be uncomfortable. In addition, the dining table was wide enough to seat 4 adults, and the bed was good for sleeping. Netflix is installed, but IDs sold abroad do not go over. After that, Apple TV and other TVs are rented at the reception. (I didn't watch it) YouTube is good. I also played a song. The location is a bit of a walk, but the road wasn't difficult, so I looked for it. It's quiet because it's near a residential area, and there's a Lawson convenience store nearby. I didn't choose a part of the breakfast because I wanted to break the convenience store, but it was nearby, so I bought a lot the day before and ate it in the morning. I bought a burrito, seaweed lunchbox, ramen cream bread (with flavor) at the convenience store, so I didn't have to order breakfast! The room is relatively large, but the configuration is relatively simple. It is considered a convenient hotel. It takes 12-15 minutes to walk to Ginza. The distance to Ginza is rather embarrassing. It is too tiring to walk, and it is too close to take a taxi. There is no subway downstairs... …

It’s still a short walk away from Ginza. It’s in a small alley. It feels a bit like a youth hostel. All supplies (toothbrush, slippers, etc.) need to be picked up at the self-service area on the first floor. There is no breakfast and dinner, and the price of the hotel is too high

We all loved this hotel so much! Very clean and comfortable. The location was good. The staff were wonderful and had all sorts of recommendations. They even created a really nice booklet with personal favorites. So nice! We stayed in 6 hotels on our trip and everyone voted this hotel as the best.

The space is big relative to rooms in Tokyo. This is an apartment hotel so it should not be compared to a regular hotel in terms of services. For us, the primary consideration was the room space for a family of 4 adults. There’s a dining table, mini kitchen, separate bath from the toilet. Distance from several train stations ranges from 350m to 1km. Tokyo Station is just 1km away. It’s a good distance to walk after running the Tokyo Marathon. Tsukiji Market, Ginza stores and shops are within walking distance. It’s 2km to the Imperial Palace which has a 5km running loop, so the 2km distance can be your warm up and cool down after doing 2 or more loops. You can also run at the Sumida river banks. Overall, it’s a good stay at Mimaru Ginza East.

All the staff was great particularly somit who helped get on a call and get me a hard to find item in Japanese and Guilia who helped w a complex request for our last day. Thanks to everyone we have a wonderful and memorable trip!

Overall the property was clean, spacious, and in a safe area. It is a about a 5 minute walk to a subway, and 10-15 minute walk to the fish market or Tokyo Station. The only down side was the lack of transparency on cost of a lost keycard. Not used to keycards having any value in the US. The cost was 1000 yen at check out for the lost card.

Easy to navigate the city yet still quiet. Apartment living in vacation. Support convenient and staff was so helpful!

Great place, clean modern and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a number of metro stations, shops and restaurants.
