We had a very terrible encounter with the hotel ang its receptionist. We had 3 heavy luggages and since we arrived early, we requested to deposit our luggages just for a few minutes so that we could eat lunch. The hotel was not considerate enough to let us eat nearby without the luggages. This is the only hotel I know that does not allow luggage deposit. Worse, this hotel is a very long walk from Shinjuku station. We cancelled our stay in this hotel and requested for refund even just for half of what we paid, but the hotel did not allow refund. We could not refund any amount despite that we did not stay in that hotel even for a day. We had the worst experience in this hotel. Will never book again. Waste of money.
