This place is a sentimental place for me when in Japan. It’s so accommodating and comfortable to stay here. Me and my colleagues were sent to Japan for work culture experience for 3 months and this has been our home since. Thank you to the housekeeping team for cleaning our rooms every week and make it so tidy for us to come home to. It’s also a straight walking distance to Nishi-shinjuku train station and it has a Aeon mart opposite the road. Along the street, there are ample of bars and ramen and pharmacies all around. When we are exhausted from our work, we could just come back here and rest on the comfortable bed. Experienced 3 minor earthquakes while in Tokyo. Thank you team!

Location is good. 10 mins walk to the nearest entrance/exit of the Shinjuku train line. Staff were polite. We had a late flight on the departure day, the staff were kind enough to let us stay at the lounge area since we have nowhere to go and it was raining. Will come back again.

This apartment is located in a great location surrounded by streets with some amazing restaurants. It is located about a 7 minute walk from Shinjuku Station and 10 minute walk from Shin-Okubo if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Staff were friendly with a cafe attached to the bottom of the hotel which was convenient for your morning coffee. The only issue I had was the room was a dedicated smoking room. I contacted Oakwood prior to my arrival and they pretty much told me that rooms are deodorised and wouldn't smell the smoke. They were correct and I wouldn't have even known it was a smoking room unlike some of those in other countries. I would stay again and do recommend.
