Great stay. Has a small public bath at the rooftop which was a cute perk. ~10-15min walk from the station which could be a problem if it rains. Otherwise a value for money stay!

booked twin bed room but the room is relatively tiny. the staff is nice n she could speak fluent mandarine. 10 mins walk for a convenience store n restaurants.

The hotel is not too far from the train station. It’s clean and has everything you need, but the hot springs only available in the night time, that’s the only minus from me.

Amazing service at the reception and very kind to help you either your tour in Tokyo.

So glad we picked this hotel. Excellent location, friendly service. The rooms are small, as all reasonably priced Tokyo hotel are, but the space is well organized and tidy. I’d stay here again next time!

Public bath is used by both genders at different timings. Need to change room card for public bath card.

I wish I stayed longer here The hotel has everything including onsen, toiletries, amenities, and convenient location.

Hotel location was in the middle of Ueno and Asakusa (closer to Ueno) so everything was walkable. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and understood english. Lobby had a microwave oven, luggage scale and they have luggage storage if you arrive early for checkin.

The room was extremely small, and the amenities very poor….location was quite ok…not to bad for a solo traveller…

The transportation is not very convenient, so it is not suitable for families if they bring children. Some distance from the subway station. But you can go to Kaminarimon Temple The staff is very friendly and good at Chinese and Japanese Mr. Lin, the front desk clerk, deserves the most praise. When a guest encounters a problem, he can put himself in the guest's shoes and provide feasible solutions with a human touch.

Although it is small, it has everything. You can see the Tokyo Skytree when you go out. The large public bath upstairs is very nice. You can walk to Asakusa. It is not far from the subway station, within a ten-minute walk. The only drawback is the small room, which makes it difficult to open a large suitcase.

As a hotel for one person, I think it is very good and the size is suitable. The desk is my favorite. I can read and write on it, which is very convenient. It is clean, needless to say. Most hotels in Japan are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

We stayed in a king-size bed room with one child. It was small but well-equipped. Tokyo hotels are generally small. If you want a spacious room, I don't recommend staying here. The room was very clean. There was a hot spring on the top floor. The front desk lady could speak Chinese and had no communication barriers. It was about a 15-minute walk from Sensoji Temple. The hotel was very quiet in a residential area. There were convenience stores and snack bars within a 5-minute walk. The overall price-performance ratio was good.

Suitable for one or two people traveling together. The room is very clean and has a bathtub. The trip is very good. The waiter is very nice and I can communicate with him in broken English and Japanese.
