Stayed one night at remm plus Ginza and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. 🙁 Check-in and check-out were both frustrating. Although the hotel provides a self check-in kiosk, staff were present but not proactive in assisting or explaining important details - like the fact that basic amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.) must be collected from the lobby. As a solo traveler, I was asked if I had another passport… which made no sense. 🥴 They issued me one room key, yet during checkout, I was asked to return two keys, causing unnecessary delays. This kind of miscommunication should be easily avoided if their system is properly updated. As for the room, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 for cleanliness - it wasn’t dirty, but definitely didn’t meet the standard I expected. The only highlight was the massage chair in the room, which was a relief after a long day of walking. With so many great hotels around the Ginza area, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I stayed at different hotels on other nights, and all were much more pleasant in terms of service and cleanliness.

位置很方便，逛銀座也很方便，對面就是堂吉柯德，樓下就是便利店，值得推薦的酒店。房間朝向也比較奇特，逛銀座首選，比旁邊的唐草有性價比！
